Problem solved, cracked plenum, flooding, other problems. Just one last question.

I asked 2 questions but got no response so i went hunting for the problem and luckily found it. A lower radiator hose was collapsed which gave me another clue. The fuel pressure was very very high. I just changed the fuel pressure regulator last year however I changed it again which brought the fuel pressure back to normal and now runs great. my question is has anyone else heard of fuel pressure being so high that it cracked an aluminum plenum around the bolt holes and collapsed the lower radiator hose? i've replaced both now but thinking of filing a labor and parts claim.
