2012 Nissan Altima S 4 Cyl 2.50L

I opened and cleaned the throttle body with maf cleaner.on startup the rpm was 2000 and going high.

i cleaned my nissan altima 2012 throttle body with mass air flow sensor cleaner. after fixing it back i started the car. my rpm was high around 2000 and rising above.i went to mechanic for scanning it and making the relearn procedure. but the tool of scanning keeps on loading in executing and then nothing happens. what could be the problem. and also the bolt in throttle i fixed only two the other two brokea

There should not be any 'relearn' procedure from a simple mass air flow sensor cleaning.

Try this as the next step - disconnect the battery negative cable connection at the terminal for about 10-15 minutes, then re-connect.

This will reset all the adaptive strategies for the ECM / PCM - then drive like normal.

You broke the throttle body bolts? Not good. Take it in and hope they can fix your fix up. FYI. You dont have to remove a throttle body to clean it. And MAF sensor cleaning fluid is not throttle body cleaning. And Nissans just need to be driven to relearn their idle. They have always been like this.
