All light r on and speedo zeros. not resisters in cluster it like key is on what else should be checked no codes

changed key switch, cleaned all grounds, sounds like circuits open
happens when started ,sometimes somelights are perioticlly off then back on in seconds but other lights on all the time, gas goes to zero, tranny potion light out, happens all the time
