Issues filling the gas tank up and popping noise in front right tire area???

I just bought a 2002 Nissan Xterra Friday. I am having issues filling it up with gas, but according to Nissan there isn't a recall out for it. Also, today while I was driving home, I started hearing a popping like noise from the right front tire area. When I hit my brakes and slow down using gradual pressure, the brake pedal pulses under my foot. It's like I can feel the pressure build and release, and the vehicle jumps as the brake pedal does this. Not sure if any of these issues are related or not.

The popping noise is brake rotors that are warped, very common. Replace the front brake pads and rotors and should resolve that. The gas fill problem, go to Nissan dealer parts dept and buy a "Canister Closed Valve" or otherwise called a "EVAP canister vent control vale". This valve is located on the canister. I checked and it is serviced separate from the canister. Part # is 1495641U01 assuming that this engine does not have a supercharger which I doubt. Some Xterra were ordered with 3.3 engine supercharged.
