I'm getting fuel to the throttle body, but does seem to coming out of injectors

Check the ECM1 20A fuse, if the fuse is OK. Check the engine control module.

The ECM also sends out a command to the fuel injectors that meters the appropriate quantity of fuel.

Negotiate with the local auto parts stores managers to obtain a loan free ECM and try it.

I replaced ecm about a month ago, though when went to make sure everthing was plugged in tight, i noticed that I didn't get the clips that secure it comletely on. could I've damaged the ecm from it not being secured propally?

Its a very sensitive device. Try another one.

Put new ecm in,still nothing, also not getting any spark and lights and gauges are not working
