What in the igniton could be wrong?

My truck wont crank nor do the lights etc. come on! I just installed a new battery, alternator, starter, and fuse an relay. Someone said it could be something with the ignition but I'm not sure what in the ignition. I played with the wires under in the ignition and got the lights to come on so could it be the wires or the thing that connects the wire?

First question - what exactly has been tested and diagnosed so far? Other than the 'wire wiggle' test at the ignition switch?

Second, if the lights came on (assuming you mean the instrument panel lights?) then you are on the right track.

Check / test for continuity at the ignition switch and in the switch wiring harness as the next step - using a volt-ohm meter, and an electrical schematic ~ wiring diagram.

There are several possibilites given your description; faulty ignition wire / harness connection, faulty ignition switch, loose or corroded ground wire connection - to list ony a few.

Rather than simply guessing and replacing parts at great expense - the diagnosis and testing should be focused on actually finding and fixing the root cause.

Try these various on-line parts resources; www.autopartswarehouse.com; www.partsgeek.com; www.rockauto.com - to list only a few.
