Any idea why my Jeep is making this loud screeching noise?

After getting a car wash (drive through) today I noticed that on my way home there was suddenly a very loud screech coming from the vehicle. I panicked and parked thinking my radio was making that noise . I turned volume down and off and nothing changed, I then sat in idle waiting for the noise to happen and it didn't. As I drove away the noise happened and it seems to happen the most in either lower gears or lower speeds. I am new to owning a jeep and don't know much of what could be wrong. The car has 90k miles and has brand new brakes. The noise doesn't occur because of acceleration or breaking, I can have my foot off of both pedals while in the 15-30 mph speed and the noise will still occur. Here is a link to a recording of the noise I took just a few hours ago. In the video you can hear when I am accelerating.

Difficult to determine from the video. Recommend for you to examine for the source of the noise under the hood, and around the four wheels and chassis.

There are many possibilities; alternator bearing, drive belt, parking brake dragging - to list only a few.
