High vibration from the front wheels when applying brakes. What could possibly be wrong?

I have changed the brake pads, front shocks and the bearings. 147,000 miles.
it occurs all the time while breaking.

Typically, the vibration when braking is due to the brake rotors are warped (not parallel) and must be removed for machining (cut on the brake surfaces) if enough material (thickness) is remaining - or replacing with new rotors. Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.RockAuto.com or www.autopartswarehouse.com for the replacement parts.
