1996 Honda Accord LX 4 Cyl 2.20L

Engine

what could cause high fuel pressure?

car has 200K+ miles, car wont start ive changed dist. cap and rotor, ign.cont. mod.,checked coil by pulling coil wire from dist. and touching to frame, getting spark. checked fuel pressure where fuel line comes out of filter and goes to inj. rail, getting between 65 and 70 psi. Need help, please!!!!!!!!!

Might be a clogged fuel return line or fuel pressure regulator is faulty.
