Go to Rock Auto.Com

There you will find a Blower Motor Resistor
for $6 to $8

That will give you all your HVAC Blower Speeds back

When you have the old one in your hand you will see
it just rusted away some of the coils for the other speeds

There is video & pictures exact or close to your car on the internet

Remove the panel under the dash behind the glove box
Do not remove the glove box
To the left on blower housing next to the end of the motor
is the resistor

8mm or 5/16" nut driver or socket all you need

For the price you could get one at any parts store
