Why no fuel sometimes!

Bought this car. Hadn't run for 4 years. Drained old fuel, Changed fuel pump, filter, fuel pressure regulator. It will run okay for awhile and then suddenly starving for fuel. I have to continueously pump the pedal to keep it running. Sounds like it's sucking air and will barely go. Any ideas? Someone told me may be the fuel injectors, or the fuel throttle body.

Check the fuel system supply - from the fuel tank all the way to the engine. The air sound is likely due to deteriorated hoses, gaskets or fuel lines.
