front end noise on bumps

I feel a bump somewhere in the front end driver side whe going over bumps or uneven roads. I had new struts, steering rack, tie rods and sway bar links put in the last month. I do not think there are many other components in the systems. What could be the problem? The only other obvious option is the control arms. How can you tell if they are worn? Anything else that may be causing this?

The tires and rims are 80% and the brakes are in excellent shape.
