1993 Honda Accord LX 4 Cyl 2.20L

The engine died while driving down the street and I couldn't start it after that.

I think it is the fuel pump.
How do you change a fuel pump?

First check and see if there is ignition spark. Fuel pumps do fail on Accords but not nearly as often as the distributor. The car was recalled for replacement of the distributor in Dec '95 and the recall may still be honored at a Honda dealer, that is unless it was done once by them years ago. How you tell is by looking at the VIN that is inscribed on the firewall. If there is a punch mark just above the 4th character of the VIN, then the distributor was already replaced.
