Engine Cylinder Misfire

I have been getting an engine cylinder misfire code P0305. I pulled the plug and the tip is white. I moved the coil onto another cylinder so its not a coil problem. It only flashes a light when the car is above 6K RPM. I would then pull over and restart the car and everything drives fine. It isnt gasoline related. Should I replace the plugs? The car has 37K miles and the dealer wants 150 to diagnose it only.

White is either coolant leak or a air leak, is you coolant levels going done fairly often and if not you mite have a vacuum leak on the intake above that cylinder. If you start the engine and spark carb cleaner around that part of the cylinder you mite find the possible leak, (rpms go erratic) CAUTION CARB CLEANER IS FLAMABLE USE WITH CAUTION AND HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER HANDY!!!!
