1997 Honda Prelude Type SH 4 Cyl 2.20L

My ecu only works when it hits room temp. Is my ecu bad?

97 Honda prelude car started good before then I blew the motor. Sat around for about a year then finally got another h22a4 motor to put in but now my ecu won't work until it's at room temp is my ecu bad?

its a easy fix happen to me many time's
your ecu have some bad connection , 20% from connector
80% form the inside ECU ,,
when temp is up the solder make contact between the ECU motherboard and the loss components .
to fix it the ECU need be open and re-solder the loss components (That's only if you know what you doing other ways take your ECU to expert to check it )
