Difference between the 4wd and 2wd inner tie rod ends for 1999 suburban

I ordered the parts offline and didn't notice till part came in that I ordered the inner tie rod for the 4wd 1999 suburban and I have the 2wd model the part numbers are 1 off 4wd K-1500 ES2838rl and the 2wd C-1500 is ES2837rl quick steer parts from Rock Auto they looked the same to me so I used them ever since I've noticed a change in steering and have had it alliment since changing them I there a difference between the two models and inner ends

According the the RockAuto part catalog, the part ES2836RL is the outer tie-rod end, and the part ES2837RL is the inner tie rod end.
Makes no difference whether 2WD or 4WD, same tie rod ends are used for both applications.
