What is the cost to repair a leaking radiator and a bad fuel leak?

175k, radiator leak on the driver side of the radiator looks like chocolate milk. Has been present for about 3 weeks. It just dumps out whenever I stop the car. Also have a VERY STRONG gasoline odor that is present when both driving and not driving the car. Has been present for about 4 months. There is a hose on the back top side of the engine that is wet with fuel. If I "gun" it when in neutral it sputters, but when driving it and I "gun" it to pass another car it doesn't sputter. No engine lights/codes coming on.

The issue is not with the radiator, but the 'milk' appearance indicates that engine oil is mixing with coolant inside the engine. This describes a cylinder head gasket leak - more serious than simply replacing the radiator.
The fuel smell and leak is resolved by replacing the leaking fuel line - fuel flexible hose. The parts are readily available; try these on-line sources; www.partsgeek.com, www.rockauto.com, www.discountautoparts.com, www.autopartswarehouse.com, www.jcwhitney.com - to list only a few possibilities.
