1995 Chevrolet Cavalier LS 4 Cyl 2.20L

Engine

My cooling fan does not come on by it's self . I have to unplug the temp sensor to run it

I put in new temp sensor, relay,fan,fuse
And no engine lights on and can not get computer to read

Check the continuity from the engine coolant sensor to the pcm ( wiring yellow, pin 8, connector 1) and the continuity from the pcm to the cooling fan ( wiring dark green, pin 12, connector 3 ). If all the wiring is ok, the pcm is the culprit, have it test it by local auto parts stores. ( call them to see if they have the test fixture for the pcm).
