cooling fan not turning on, also cant find sensor location.

1993 buick skylark custom 3.3l cooing fan is not working and cant locat any of the relay, or sensor

Apply a 12 volts direct to the radiator fan connector for a test. If the fan runs, then replace the
Coolant Temperature Sensor

The Coolant Temperature Sensor is located:
Under hood, passenger side, upper engine area, belowalternator, mounted in intake manifold

You should see a narrow plastic cover that covers over 5 relays, I think it is one the firewall. remove the cover and the 2nd relay over from the passenger side is the radiator cooling fan relay and this relay should have battery voltage on two of the pins where the relay engages into. if there is no battery voltage then you have an open / burned fuse link down at the starter. Check that first.
