2000 Pontiac Sunfire SE 4 Cyl 2.2L

Preventive Maintenance

compound to use to repair a crack in the radiator. PLASTIC.

this is not the overfill reservoir. This is the hard black plastic that is along the side of my radiator fins. It is a reservoir basically it appears except its the non overflow one. Its made of plastic so metal welding compounds wont work.
I tried one and it wouldn't stick i'm going to try the next one along with sanding the surface but i'm still worried that the heat + pressure + moisture will prevent it from sticking with most bonding agents.
Any suggestions?
The hole is approx the size of a felt tip so decent in size but not huge.
