clutch adjustment and transmission problems

truck ran great when parked 5 years ago, it starts,
but have trouble shifting even when engine is not
running also clut is not working. note every thing ran great before it sat for 5 years.

Need more information - what is meant by...'clutch is not working'? Does this mean the clutch will not engage, will not release, has too much slippage? Please post a reply with additional detail for further assistance.
