I changed my battery in my 1997 Buick LeSabre I had to cut off the terminals and change them from side post to top post

I changed my battery in my 1997 Buick LeSabre I had to cut off the terminals and change them from side post to top post when I did this I hooked the wires back up wrong now that I fixed it my car still going to start it will turn but it won't start up

There are many possibilities; blown / faulty fusible link, damaged alternator, damaged voltage regulator, blown fuses and/or relays.
