2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 Cyl 4.00L

Transmissions & Drivetrains

What could be causing a squeal over 30km/h?

A squeak, squeak, squeak starts as I accelerate through around 25km/h, somewhere in the front end (I'm thinking front passenger side)
The squeak, squeak turns into a constant SQUEAL at ~30km/h and remains constant above that speed. It's a high pitch "eeeeeeeeeeee"
It does not change when I brake and seems to be proportionate to the speed of the vehicle.
Any ideas are appreciated.
Thanks

Sounds like a brake pad squealer is alarming indicating time to replace the brake pads.
