Okay my car won't start every time I try to start it it blows the 30 amp fuse in the box under the hood that is labeled ECM I have tried switching fuses and relays inspecting the wiring harness and I can't find anything wrong but every time I put a new fuse in and turn the ignition it will run and start for about 5 Seconds the fuse will blow it will cut off what would cause this problem

Probably a short in the wiring for the ECM. I suppose it could be the ECM itself, but more likely it is a wire shorted to metal on the car. Shorts like that often leave a burnt smell where insulation on wire has melted off, often a hot spot. New fuse, watch for sparks or smoke...feel around wires and wire harness...check the wires under the fuse box.
