Have you checked your battery? the battery may have enough current and voltage available to light the lights and operate windows, but not enough to operate the starter. If battery is good check your battery main cables for clean tight connections. See if power is available to the 'S" wire at starter upon turning ignition key to start. If you have power there and at main positive feed wire to starter I would suspect the starter is at fault. Hope this helps you.
