It has no problem running after its started. i ran a 0-60 on it and it gets there in little over 9 seconds. i can pour some fuel into the intake and it starts every time. the fuel filter air filter some o rings and lines has been replaced. i have plenty of fuel pressue. im totally lost.

You need to attach a fuel pressure gauge to the test port and read the fuel pressure DURING the first 5 failed start-up attempts. If you really want to do it right, you should attach the fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail before the engine has been started that day so as to replicate the same conditions.Note the pressure with key-on engine off and then with it running after it starts. After it starts and runs, shut it of and repeat the key-on engine-off and see if they read the same as the first time.
