my car would not shift to o/d after i have accelerated 90km/h wen driven.Happens after it works well when u start driven

It has run 160,775 miles.it happens after it has worked well wen u start driven but the moment u get to 90km/h and apply your brakes and start another drive train it would now thus o/d would not engage unless u turn off engine,restart car, works perfect but when you brake wen car is running around 90km/h and you apply your brakes ,it happens again.note only happens around 80 -90km/h.this started about 4mnths and my obd reads(p0330,p0325,p0505)
