Why is my car overheating?

My car keeps overheating , I've replaced the water pump , thermostat , 50/50 Diluted Antifreeze , flushed radiator (not sure if worked) , new upper radiator hose due to a lot of pressure in hose made pin hole , new radiator cap which blew head gasket replaced that to. Any suggestions? And best way to clean radiator at home?
