1999 Honda Civic DX 4 Cyl 1.60L

Engine

My car has been overheating. I think I need a new radiator.

New fan switch added because fan was not turning on. New thermostat added as well. Have to put water in radiator and container for the water to keep car from going hot. I can notice a leak when I pull out from a parking spot. When my car over heats it smokes and you can hear a boiling sound. When I raise the hood the container for the water smokes and boils as well.

u may need new hoses as well as a new radiator. even if it has a little leak, it shouldn't overheat if you keep filling it with water

it doest overheat when it has water in it. If i drive for about 20-40 miles it will need more water either in the raidator or the excess container
