First question - do you have battery voltage at the fuel injectors and do you have battery voltage at the coil on plugs (COP)(s)? Can I also have you double check the serpentine belt and make sure it hasn't shredded or come off.

To get the best results the black lead from your digital multi-meter (DMM) should go to the negative battery terminal when taking these voltage readings. Also, the key will need to be on.

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge; most local auto parts store can loan for a small cost. The fuel pressure should be: 48-54 psi except flex fuel which is 55-62 psi. Must meet minimum psi with key on

Is the security light on with the key in the run position? You haven't checked for spark yet? When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
Try resetting your security system or there may be a problem with it if it still won't start.

You do not have a Positive Ground System.
