Brakes

brakes making a hissing sound

when the brake pedal is pushed I can hear a hissing sound. Didn't have time yet to see if anything was leaking out. The breaks take a lot of pressure to make the vehicle stop, first thing in the morning. After it warms up then it is fine. I think it is leaking and I do most repairs myself, but I can't find my manual and I don't know what part would need to be replaced.

You could have a leak, check under for oil spats or drips. Also check level of brake fluid. Soon you found out the source of the leak, post a question again for parts and installation instruction
