Battery light on after replacing battery, alternator and PCM

I recently replaced my battery alternator in PCM all within the last three weeks. Today I went to start my car and the battery light came on again. AutoZone said my battery and alternator were fine however there was a code with the starter. Any thoughts on what else it could be is my car OK to drive?

First question - what is meant by...'there is a code with the starter'? Has the starter itself been tested? If not, then this is the next step.

If the battery and alternator test OK in the vehicle, then look for these issues;
weak / worn drive belt,
weak / worn drive belt tensioner,
worn idler pulley

It is recommended to replace the belt and all related components together as a kit - at the same time.

Try these on-line auto parts sources; www.autopartsanything.com; www.partsgeek.com; www.rockauto.com - to list a few.

In fact they (RockAuto) list the belt drive component kit from around $69.00, and the starter motor (new) from around $63.00 for your vehicle.

Belt drive component kit = GATES part #90K38323A - or it's equivalent
Starter motor (new) = TYC part #117948 - or it's equivalent
