Steering & Suspension

My air suspension does not work.

The compressor turns on and runs for 2 minutes, and shuts off, illuminating the 'air suspension' light on the dash. It seems the compressor itself is fine, I'm guessing it's the rear height sensor, but not sure. I don't think I have a leak, as the car is all the way down and I don't hear any air leaks. Is there a way to check the sensor? Or the solenoids? Any help would be appreciated!

Several possibilities; leaking suspension air bag, faulty air bag connection or hoses, or faulty system control relay or fuse.
Check your owners manual for the air suspension switch location. Usually in the trunk. Turn it off and back on and see if that fixes it.

It's best to just get a conversion kit and change out your air suspension with new coil springs and shock absorber for the rear axle. Your air suspension problems will stop. I brought my air conversion for (190.00) from Advance Auto Parts Online. You can go to You Tube and the video would show you how to do it. It's very easy than replacing brakes shoes.
