Air blower not working

So I've replaced my motor and everything, so I'm assuming it's something with the relay but don't know how to tell. I've replaced the fuse box as well.

There are several possibilities; faulty blower motor relay, faulty blower motor control module / resistor, faulty blower motor wiring or connection.

To test the blower motor relay is simple - just exchange (swap) the relay with another of the same type and pin configuration in the relay panel. If the problem moves, then replace the relay.

Try these various on-line parts vendors; www.autopartsanything.com, www.rockauto.com, www.partsgeek.com - to list only a few.

In fact, they (RockAuto) list the blower motor control module / resistor from around $4.90 each for your vehicle.

Blower motor resistor = STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS part #RU389T - or it's equivalent
Blower motor relay = STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS part #RY475 - or it's equivalent
