2005 Chevrolet Equinox LT 6 Cyl 3.4L

Engine

AC WILL NOT BLOW COLD AIR WHEN IN SLOW TRAFFIC OR SETTING STILL

RAISED THE HOOD AND LINES AND ALL WEREN'T COLD. CHECKED TEMP AT VENT AND ONLY GOT ABOUT 62 DEGREES.
THE COMPRESSOR IS SEEPING A LITTLE OIL. IT IS JUST WET (NOT DRIPPING)
AT HIGH SPEED COLD AIR IS GOOD.
MECHANIC ADDED A LITTLE FREON, BUT SAID COMPRESSOR WAS BAD.
SOMETHING ABOUT HIGH AND LOW (SOMETHING) HAD EQUALIZED, NOT STAYING HIGH AND LOW.
WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST.
