TO LOWER IT HALF WAY HOW CAN I GO ABOUT GETTING THE SPARE OFF WITHOUT MESSING UP MY VAN

Also have replaced DPFE. Ford place said it was sn O2 sensor. I can't afford for anyone to fix it. But need to know what to fix first. It's out of inspection need to fix so I can have ride again. Please help

the truck has 243,000 miles. i have replaced the thermostat,but it still pushing water out of radiator into overflow container.
