has a new fuel pump, new fuel filter,has fuel pressure, changed the fuel rail, regulator and injectors from an engine that was running. when i probe the injector wires the injectors click but dont spray.

I found the price for replacing the head gasket on this site, but can't find an option for a cracked block...also why can't a mechanic tell the difference before he starts the repair? I just had a new radiator/water pump put in. THANKS!!!
