We have tried disconnecting the battery, turning the key to the on/run position several times and the car still won't start. Also tried locking and unlocking the car from the outside several times.

My ranger has 140,000 miles runs great other than the gas rattle. It does it worse when the temp is warm and the temp outside is warm. i`ve changed plugs and wires it didn`t change nothing.
