2000 grand cherokee limited 45rfe 4.7 v8 p0750 help

Passenger side shock failed, shock shaft rubbed wiring for tcm to failure. So far new TCM soldiered all broken wires, from shock shaft. New solenoid pack, pressure sensor transducer, front and rear speed sensor and new pcm new 30a fuse and relay? Still throwing a p0750 and has a buzz in P and N until warm. Tps tests good. Any help is appreciated. Fluid is correct +4 and added 9 qts to get correct hot cold levels. I am at my wits end, also replaced both filters making certain the lower filter, has ring pressed properly, then filter installed, help

P0750 = Shift Solenoid 'A' Malfunction, just had to drop the pan, pull the two bolts holding the filter, then like 3 or 4 small torque screws holding the solenoid in... if I remember right it was the black solenoid, not the silver one... the overdrive solenoid.
