I have been a customer of Wrights for 30 years, they are a family run shop and very nice to all of their customers. I was driving my truck on a Friday night when it broke down so I had it towed to Wrights even though I knew that they are closed on weekends, imagine my suprise when Ken Wright called me Saturday morning and told me that he was able to get my truck started and put it inside the shop so it was safe for the weekend. I was called by Winnie on Monday morning with an estimate for repairs which I felt was reasonable, they called me Monday afternoon and told me it was ready but they recommended a battery because it was weak, what a suprise ! I did notice a few times that the engine appeared to crank over slower than normal, so a new battery and I am very greatful as I work nights in a bad part of Oakland and could be in danger if my truck did not start.
