He said he will fix my car but he didn't. He puts old parts and charged me for new. Dishonest business.
As a customer of Willy's auto and a MB owner really amazes me that anyone can post such a slanderous comment. My 3 cars were always maintaned by Willy - transmission, engine, suspension, electrical you name it - AFTER the warranty had expired. The price is fair and the work is excellent, Willy is MB certified and worked for various dealers for over 20 years. Never had a problem. With a new MB there is warranty 48 months/50,000 miles plus extended warranty up to 100,000 miles, so why would anyone take a newer car under warranty to a repair shop instead of the dealer is a mistery. I know is someone ripped me off there are legal ways to remedy the situation. Bad mouthing someone anonymously without any proof seems like a personal vendetta from someone who probaly doesn't even own a Mercedes and most certainly doesn't know basic math - 580+600 =1180. BEWARE -- Wily is DISHONEST and rips people off! I was a loyal customer of but I will never use him again! Long story short, The engine light was on on my 2009 Benz, Willy told me the repairs were made and charged me $600!! After I had the car home for a week the light came on again so I decided to take it to the dealer instead of back to Willy. The dealer said NO repairs were made to my car!! When I went back to Willy, he would not return my $600! The dealer fixed my car (I paid $580 to the dealer) and the light has not come back on (its been 2 months).
