Repair/Service: Screwed up my Engine

My car would surge during idle. They said they'd see what they could do. They made the idle better for the most part -it would still surge and idle roughly but not as bad as before; however whatever they did to my car took away all it's power. Now instead of going 30 mph up a steep hill my car goes 20 mph.
They denied working on my car and refused to undo the work they did or find any other solution. I will not be going here any more.
