You get what you pay for..... I've always had my oil changes done through the dealership and was in a hurry so I let wal-mart do it. My car is barely 2 years old and has never leaked oil after any oil change until they changed it. I have a cover on the bottom side of the vehicle and as it seems they did not remove it completely before dumping the old oil out so a lot spilled on the cover which rolled off and stained my drive way. customer satisfaction... a big fat 0. Please put a little effort into your work for the next customer, but it won't ever be me again!!
