Terrible service! Waited there an hour and a half and my car was still in the same place without being touched. The oil change tech left work and they didn't have anyone certified to do the work. No one called me to let me know that it was going to take longer than an hour. After waiting an hour and a half, I went to the desk to ask whats going with my car. The lady told me that it was going to take the tech 45 mins before he can take a look at my car. I got my keys and just left. I will be discussing this with management soon. Terrible service! I will not go there for an oilchange again.
