I was never charged for the minute they took to tell me my gas cap wasnt tight. The new owners didnt even tell me and when I got an oil change they stuck me with a 37 dollar charge to tighten gas cap. I needed new brakes and ended up going elsewhere. 37 dollars lost them thousands of dollars in business. 10 of my family members went there for years and now we will never go back. Nothing but complaints. For the owners, in a small town word of mouth is everything customer service is important and check out your competition for pricing.
