I was there a few years back for a 4X4 service, knowing my rear differential was low I asked they top it off (as part of the service). They told me the plug was striped, I went home, got under it and it was NOT! It hadnt even been touched! I topped it off myself. few years go by, and I decided to give them a shot again, took the wifes Audi, and come to find out they dont drain the oil from the pan, they sucked it out and leave the sludge in the engine. THEN I took my 2010 GM suv and it was leaking oil in the drive way as soon as I got home! Im done! 3 tries 3 different vehicles! Stay Away! For the record, I had to give at least 1 star to submit this, otherwise I would have entered NO stars!
