i am horrified by the customer service by this place. i dont even know what planet they live on when they list a car for 28000 and then have fee that take it to 37000.they think that they are the only pleople that sell audi and they under vaule your car extremely. told me a 2008 lexus was worth 15000. no way. i hope no one gets suckered in by them. i bought a 2009 audi a4 with 21000 miles for 27000 from a dealer outside seattle, and university said i would never find an audi for less than there 37000 and i was crazy to not take theres. so eat it suckers. you just missed out on use buy a 51000 audi q5. i would not even let my worst enamy shop at this hake of a dealer ship.
