These guys were great. I had talked to several places and Independent BMW was the only shop that really knew what was involved in performing the major service on my BMW. They made me an appointment , had my rental car waiting and performed the service on time. They replaced more items than anyone one else including the dealer and were about 290.00 less than BMW Tucson on the total cost! The total cost is what mattered to me most. Only Independent BMW gave me a firm complete cost number. Any where else I called gave me base prices and "possible" additions. The work was done correctly and I felt completely comfortable with their level of expertise. They even detailed my BMW for free!
