Mike Smith at Tom Smith Ford in Lillington, NC is an awful service manager who doesn't do what he says he will. He tells you one thing one day and something totally different the next. He has the worst attitude that I've ever experienced. We have been so pleased with everyone else at this dealership, but when it came to dealing with him...trust me, I'll never recommend anyone else to this dealership.
