Im not sure that the others are refering to the same shop that i went to the one i went to is called Steves's Auto Care, but it is at the same adress and same phone number. While i was there i was treated very good. they diagnosed my car rather quick, the price i was quoted was very reasonable, all tho i did not get the repairs done today, when i have the time/money to get them done i will be going to see Steve and Duncan. To make it better they told me that they will credit the $80 i paid to the repairs when im ready to get them done.

It is still true that repair shops like to get over on women, but they won't get over on this ONE! When I left Steve’s Auto lab I looked at the papers that Steve had given me. He had a printed out sheet of all the things he claimed that I needed completed and attached was a diagnostic form. On the diagnostic form it listed at the top, immediate attention, future attention and No attention with boxes checked accordingly. As I compared the diagnostic form that was hand written with the printed out form that he gave me, I noticed the two did not match! Not, only did the two not match, but nowhere on the diagnostic form were there check marks in the Immediate attention boxes. To top it all off, I went to Discount Tires across the street from Steve’s where I always purchase my tires. I had my tires balanced and rotated for free and it did not even take 30 minutes! After the guys completed this service, I asked them if it looked like I needed any new tires soon (because CLEARLY had I needed any then they would have told me while taking all the tires off to perform all the duties) the guys said NO and that I had another 10,000+ miles to go on two and the other two were top notch. I then asked them to me perform a diagnostic. This time I did not have to leave my car. I was able to sit in the lobby, while watching them perform their duties through the glass and they were finished in 30 minutes top. The guys showed me the diagnostic and gave me a discount of $21. They had not found any issues that "STEVE’S" claim to have found! I then told the guys all that "STEVE’S" had said (because I figured I would wait FIRST to see if any of the same findings came up) the guy stated my inner and outer tie rods were perfectly fine and that none of those issues came up during the diagnostic. A NIGHTMARE that started on Saturday of $1600 + and 6 and a half hours at Steve’s was over not even 1 hour and less than $100 by Monday morning. I thank God for giving me knowledge and wisdom. I am so thankful that I have enough sense to get a second opinion, instead of letting someone like STEVE’s rip me off! I will never take my vehicle to STEVE’S or any other affiliation again! I am so thankful for the HONESTY at Discount Tires and I will continue to have Discount Tires meet my needs. Steve's Auto Lab will try to scam you into thinking you need work done that you don't! they cant be trusted!!!

I would not recommend this shop to anybody. I was very un-satisfied with their service. Steve was Rude to me. They forgot to put my skid plate back on, and lost the bolt to my transmission dipstick. I was not informed of these problems only after having to take it back two days later. If I did not call Steve back they probably would not have notified me that my skid plate was still at their shop. They put my skid plate back on, but did not offer any compensation for inconveniencing me to come back in.
